FINANCIALY SUPPORTING 1OO UNEMPLOYED YOUTH GROUPS( CBO) AT MOROGORO REGION
Cause Summary
A Small Giant Group we a community based organization to offer a humanitarian services to support social life change. We are to have a Morogoro Youth Stock Fund Project able to innovate, inspire, motivate, Mentor and provides simple financial support to small business startups( Unemployed youth ) to reinforce their business and projects. Our interest is to serve 100 youth businesses( self employed ) in Morogoro Region as a breakthrough from COVID 19 Financial stress. To implement the project it require USD$ 100,000.
Problem / Challenge
According to Tanzania National National Bureau of Statistics report 2018, more than 6.9million Tanzanian youth are facing with Unemployment and Underemployment challenges( termed as A Bus of Nowhere ) in the country, a number which is increasing every year. This problem was reported before COVID 19 comes in. Today this problem is big enough than was it was before, a number of Youth are in street with no where to have job to serve their family and their loved one, this facilitate to youth mental stress. So, are to support self employment among Youth through provision of simple seed capital of USD$ 1,000 to youth projects in Manzese street of 100 eligible groups of youth( CBO).
Solution / Impact
Our interest is support 100 youth business( with 5 - 10 organized members) with an amount of USD$ 1,000.00 each. To enable them able to create their own jobs( self- employed )or boost their project. This amount will reinforce their dreams and able to serve their loved ones and their families.
